Terms of Service

Effective August 23, 2026

These terms are between you and Worldscale LLC, 30 N Gould St #59606, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using INRE you agree to them.

What INRE is

A guided reflection practice: one question a day for 365 days, answered out loud or in writing, with a written reflection drafted back to you. Some editions come with a printed journal.

It is not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for any of them. If you are struggling, please talk to a professional or someone you trust. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Your account

You need to be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you write is yours

You own everything you write. We claim no rights over your reflections.

You give us permission to store them and to process them to provide the app — transcribing, drafting, and deriving themes. That permission exists only to run the service, and it ends when you delete your account.

We do not use your writing to train AI models, and we do not permit anyone else to.

What INRE writes back

INRE drafts reflections and observations from your own words. These are drafts, not verdicts. They can be wrong, and you can edit or delete any of them.

Nothing INRE produces is a diagnosis, an assessment, or advice. It is an account of patterns in what you said, offered back to you. You get the final say, always.

Subscriptions and the journal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through the App Store if you subscribed there, or through your account if you subscribed on our website — whichever you used.

Reading, writing and editing your reflections is never gated on payment. If a subscription lapses, you keep access to everything you have written. We will not hold your own words hostage.

Physical journals ship to the regions listed at checkout. If a journal arrives damaged, tell us and we will replace it.

Refunds through the App Store are handled by Apple under their policy. For website purchases, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.

What we ask of you

Do not attempt to break into other people's accounts, disrupt the service, or resell access. That is the whole list.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It removes everything.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully. If we do, we will tell you why, and you will still be able to export what you wrote.

The unavoidable legal part

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or never make a mistake.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived — and if you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own country, and the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
